Please note that by joining the Central PA 3rd Generation BJJ family, you gain access to and can check-in at all of our gyms!  With locations in Lemoyne, Harrisburg, York and Hanover, you can not only train with different people and different instructors, but you have a variety of class times to suit your needs!  Our sister-gyms' schedules can be found on the top right of the schedule by clicking on "Lemoyne Schedule" and choosing a different location's schedule!

Have kids?  Note that we have kids and adults classes at 6:30 pm in separate rooms 5 days a week!  Want to watch your kids and then train yourself?  At our Harrisburg location, kids classes are at 5:30 pm with adult classes at 6:30 pm.
